So about half way home while flying over the Atlantic yesterday my wife started having abdominal pains. We made it to Atlanta, but then we headed to the hospital. It is a flair up of the issues my wife had surgery for last winter. Surgery #2 is tomorrow morning for Lady Sabre.

No no no, you’re supposed to make them land in the Azores or Bermuda. Sorry about the timing :D
Best of luck. Diverticulitis? Appendix? Gall bladder? All of those have hit my family in some way.

I hope all goes well.
I’m also glad it didn’t start while you were overseas. That would have made life even more stressful. Thank God for small blessings.

Diverticulitis. She is the 2% who have a second flare up after surgery.
