I’m going to guess that it’s a 75 since you have to step down into the cockpit, and it looks like the photographer is above them. Of course, I could be completely wrong.

This is a picture of my kids (and a Delta technician) in a 757 cockpit from when we got a tour a few years ago. Looks similar.

I thought the window might be the way to see if it’s a 757 or a 767 but the entire thing seems to be the same.

Boeing designed the two planes with very common flight decks intentionally to aid in pilot transition from one type to the other.
