A friend grabbed these pictures off his d ash cam. Any idea what it is? Assuming some sort of kit car or replica of something.

The second shot with the rear fenders makes me think this. But really hard to tell looking at a thumbnail.

That looks pretty similar. I was thinking it was swoopier than an e-type, b ut the d-type seems to have more similar lines.

i was thinking it might be a lister chevrolet
but the more i look at it the more im thinking i have glasses for a reason
(also i have no idea how many of these were ever made to begin with... but i dont think it was many)

looks close. But the hood and rear fender ducts are throwing me off. al on g with the lack of stabilizer fin thingy. And it is left hand drive. The D-types and every replica I have seen are right hand drive . so this is a weird one, might be home built or a very personalized replica. definitely has the jaaaaaag lok though.
