I bought this for my recovery from surgery last month and it was quite a good thing to have. It’s in the downstairs bedroom / home office, and after recovery it was nice to use when I just wanted to lie down for a few without having to drag my tired ass upstairs for a break. My main media setup is in this room downstairs, so I could just relax and watch TV in my favorite position - horizontal.

Buta few weeks ago it started to slowly deflate. I now need to find the source of the leak and patch it, but right now I’m just too tired and am going to go upstairs for a nap...

I’ve gotten not one but two separate holes in my basically brand new air mattress. It’s just a difficult thing to avoid some times. First one was wild, there was a radiant heater like 2 feet away from the mattress and it kind of melted the side a bit  and caused a half dozen pin holes to show up. Somehow a patch mended that perfectly. Then I used it another time and it was set up on a rug at an airbnb that happened to have a staple in the rug that pierced another hole on the bottom. Another patch also solved it 100%. So assuming you can find the hole, a patch should do the trick. All of my holes were clearly visible but took a bit of effort to listen and find them. A bit of listen for air and then see the small holes on the general area of the sound.

Unfortunate. I’ve had mine since 2006 and it seems fine (or did last time I used it, which was admittedly a few years ago. I’d imagine that once you find the leak, it should be relatively easy to fix, as long as it’s not on a seam. Alternatively, it’s presumably under warranty?

It may be under warranty , but given how easily these things can be damaged I wonder if they really do cover any damage except for perhaps the pump. I also suspect that the cost to ship it would be prohibitive. I'll just have to find space to work with it, find the leak and work out a repair. I just hope it's something easy, like a pinhole leak, and not on a seam.
