that’s my question.  those thin and chewy ones which are crisp around the edge are pretty much the definition of perfect chocolate chip cookie.

They can get a bit oily or crispy for my tastes, but I’d say any of the top 4 options look perfectly good, and totally edible, even if not 100% ideal (too much flour might be pushing its luck, but I think as long as it’s soft, it should be ok).

Now why would you go through the trouble of mixing them and washing the dishes if you gonna burn them?  I don’t understand why people don’t respect their cookies.
