Even after sleeping on it, I still don’t understand the Niken GT.

Why sell two tires when you can sell three tires?

I don’t think you slept “ON IT”. You might have slept... thinking about it... but you probably didn’t actually sleep on top of it. Maybe that’s why you don’t understand it?
I, for one, don’t need to sleep on it. I know I don’t understand it.

That’s because you’re supposed to ride it.
You can not sleep on a Yamaha Niken.
A Yamaha Niken is not a bed.

People who want to look cool riding motorcycles but are scared of the “ instability” of 2 wheels?
It looks cooler than a Can-Am spyder while fulfilling the same function?
Never have to worry about the kickstand?

I’ve seen a number of these 3 wheel scooters and the dynamics look terrifying. Most notably I see lots of wheel wobble in at the limit situations.
I don’t know how these things are legal.

Likes like the double double of bikes. Like coffee double double is the coffee for people who won’t admit that they don’t like coffee in its proper form (coffee should always be black).

I guess it’s gotta lean over and look cool when parked. Or something.

More tires = more traction. More traction = more cornering speed. More cornering speed = more betterer.
Of note: more wheels = more traction is also applicable to poor road conditions (rain, snow, mud) I have driven a Piaggio MP3, the difference is real. Remember, a leaning trike traditional trike.

I get the three wheels thing. More stability, more braking traction, no low-sides, very unlikely to high-side.
I get the tilting bit, still countersteers, still moves like a motorcycle, rather than cornering flat like a car (or a Can Am three-wheeler)
What I don’t get about Niken, is packaging the articulation above the wheels, and the suspension with four fork legs.
I was hoping for the NeoWing instead, with the suspension inboard and between the wheels, rather than outboard and above.
Frankly, if Can Am Ryker tilted and countersteered on it’s front suspension, with motorcycle tires, it would be just about perfect.

more wheels also means more weight, and more weight isnt conducive to being faster.
I wonder what IS quicker around a track, this or an tracer 900?
