Other than the AC not working(it was supposed to be fixed, but was too cold to test it), the journey revealed no real surprises. Surprising to me, is that it’s a really great road trip car, barring the collapsed seat.

My best trip was from Atlanta, down through florida, out to mile 0 in Key West and back. Such a grea t road trip car.

Nice! I’ve heard that Vettes actually are nice road trip cars. They can even squeeze out some good fuel economy on the interstate.

That’s a nice new ride! You’re going to live it. Vettes are some of the best road trip cars. I’ve taken my 09 z from coast to coast and all the way up and down PCH. I’ve loved every minute of of it. It also gets about 28-29mpg when just cruising long distances at 82-84mph. I like road tripping in the Vette even more than the Denali.

Oh and it has tons of room in the back!

I guess there may be no practical way to go after the dealer for failing to fix the AC as promised. Did you get the repair commitment in writing? If so, maybe pay to get it fixed and send them the bill.

Awesome, I drove mine from Texas to Indiana when I bought it

These are great road trip cars, if your tires don’t drone too much in the nice resonance chamber they put on the back of the car (unseparated from the cabin...)

I ended up dynamatting my trunk floor and it helped a lot

Ahh yeah it'll certainly tell you it's faster to go down 95 and it's even possible that it could be. But it's wayyyyy more pleasant to avoid that area regardless. While the trucks on 81 are bothersome, having the option to hop on the BRP is nice and it's just more scenic. I also can't stand the two tolls just to get through Delaware, because of how short it is.
