I found this while out for a run.
It seems to have started life as a 2002 Jetta GLS Turbo. Who doesn’t love a manual turbo ute?
The bed isn’t bad, but pretty square. It could use some style. Still, an interesting specimen.

I think it’s still “Ute” but you have to say it with a mouth full of poutine while trying to secede from Canada

The bed was from a kit company, Smyth. Apparently it’s a whole kit, $3k.

Yeah, the name was stamped in the bed, apparently you can Ute a lot of things, including a WRX!
