Watched the 1989 film For All Mankind tonight. Loved this little exchange regarding the lunar rover:
The film is really well made, with the narration comprised solely of astronaut testimony and a p erfectly executed musical score by Brian Eno. It’s a quick watch at 80 minutes, and I highly recommend it .

Lunar tourism definitely needs to be a thing within our lifetimes. I’d want to try overlanding -- overluning? -- in some big 8x8 rovers across the stark monochrome lunescape.

I mean it probably takes a certain type of crazy to go to the moon and we certainly have plenty of crazy around here.

I’m not sure you can get much lighter than the moon buggy. Also, it folds.
