Depends on how they’re gonna fix it.  If they replace the bumper cover and obviously paint, that’s at least $1500ish.  If they’re just going to repair and blend, maybe $800ish.

I had something similar with my old Mustang and it ran in the $600 range if memory serves.

Hm. Usually on a black car they have to do some extensive detailing (wet sanding + polish) to get it all to match - fresh black paint looks really good whereas years-old paint looks tired by comparison.

Pretty similar to what I was quoted for my black 2008 Accord after a DHL van backed into it. Took the money and never fixed it. Barely noticeable since its black underneath.

I wish I had done that when it happened to my truck's front bumper. Four months after I got it repaired, the bumper got torn to hell.
