When they hit 88mph, they go back to 1990 (aka modern day southern Poland). Lol.

Only kidding I enjoyed my stay in Oleszyce and Zakopane.

Vehicle name has Coupe in it, yet is has 4 doors.  Who knew Poland started the 4 door coupe trend?

I got a ticket outside Zakopane. I had asked my wife what the big sign with the city, versus the big sign with the city crossed out means, and I forget her response at the time, but do remember the officer saying that it means 50kph in towns, and I was doing about 70kph about 500m on the inside of that zone (I confirmed on my own dash cam) . It was only 100 zloty or about $30 at the time so not that bad.  They were just pulling over all the tourists. I think they nabbed an extra one or two cars while I was getting the paperwork filled out. Unrelated to my ticket, but a pedestrian crossing often used by children is a silhouette of a little girl holding a red lollipop (not joking) .

Ye’, I believe it’s the same or similar to Italy. Top is entering city limits, the other is leaving city limits.

Some cities all over the world see tourists as easy targets.

I was with two Polish mates in British reg istered cars (old Audi A4 and late Ford Maverick (Nissan Terrano)) which caused interest when we took them to a family car wash. We laughed because as the wife was in the passenger side (left side), she shouted to her husband, ‘someone forgot the steering wheel’, as she’d never seen an RHD cars before. Lol.
