I was woken up to the sound of hail and torrential rain on my windows.

We have the strangest weather here today: 1 hour ago it was raining a lot, combined strong wind (which made the rain blow around my balcony door) , and now it’s calm and sunny again.

Freak rainstorms are always nice. And yeah, it's not a bad view out the front door. Gorgeous sunsets out front, gorgeous sunrises behind, not a terrible spot.

That’s pretty nice that you get to see both. In my appartment I only get the sunset :( (But it can be pretty stunning too, as it’s only 8 km from the sea, so it looks like those typical sea sunsets)
