Road trip to Sonoma today. Took the long way through back roads, and it was lovely. Got a late start and arrived after dark, but who cares? Toby likes the hotel.

I had a flash of inspiration that may have revived yesterday’s negotiations, so we will see.

It was amazingly beautiful on the road today, but I just enjoyed it and did not take photos except these when I stopped briefly in Los Banos.

honestly? I could care less for photos. usually, if you are stopping for photos, that means the drive/ride isnt good enough and you have to justify it some how.

when i went to the dragon I thought i would take 100s of pictures. in a weeks time span I took....18? maybe? too busy riding and having fun

I’m terrible about remembering to take pictures. You just gotta soak it all in and enjoy the trip sometimes, you know?

I thought that was your car. I actually saw it parked a few months ago and took this picture. Then I kicked myself for not leaving a note saying “hi.”

I t’s great that you’re taking it out and enjoying it. And Toby seems like a good travel companion.

Good luck with the negotiations. I suspect your client is in good hands.

Seeing a dog in a hotel room is still strange to me. We always had sitters when we went on a road trip and never did that growing up and I don’t have my own yet. Toby looks happy though!
