It’s most likely an Si.
The cars of this era often did not have ANY trim badges. If you look at a legit 1994 or 1995 Integra GS-R, there is no badge indicating it.
Identification has to be made by certain trim-specific items. In the case of the Prelude, it’s the “turbine” wheels which were only found on the Si and the engine (H23A1, black top.)
Also remember that the Si is not the ‘special’ one; the Si VTEC is. The Si was pretty common. Seller isn’t claiming VTEC, and it doesn’t have the VTEC decals.
