Another Powerlifting meet in the books. Competed in my third one on Sunday. It was Minnesota Men’s State Championship. It was a lot of fun but man I am tired. I am excited to not lift for a week.

One of my friends is a powerlifter. I think his personal best deadlift is 980 or something.

Dang. If I tried to lift something like that I WOULD be dead. Either my spine would snap or my guts would violently exit my body. Or both.

Seriously, congrats.  I know it takes a lot of discipline to build that kind of muscle.

Lol!!! I am actually strongly considering Strongman. It looks like a lot of fun. I do enjoy powerlifting but the variety of Strongman is very appealing.
