Fifteen year-old girls being lured away to a male dominated death cult so they can be raped sounds more like an abuse-type situation than just a “stupid choices” situation. The vast majority of teenage girls lack the necessary skills/contacts to smuggle themselves into a warzone, so I’m guessing there’s some human trafficking involved.
How fucked up must your home life be if running away to Syria sounds like a good option?

been around teenagers lately? They know everything because it’s right there at their fingertips. They have more information and are at least twice as naive as they were 20 years ago.
Also, the “recruiters” are damned good at telling them what they want to hear. They didn’t sign up for rape and murder, they signed up for a pipe dream sold to them by the best salesman of the worst people.
