I had somehow been paying so close to zero attention last time I listened to She Blinded Me With Science from this album I missed Bootsy Collins’ line. Shame on me.

The fact that he’s most likely aware of this, engaging in it with glee, and hiring on everybody from Zakk Wylde to Bootsy Collins to also be in on the joke makes it almost some kind of other-side-of-Tommy-Wiseau weirdness.

I actually enjoy listening to the Captain, his first album is absolutely awful but the couple done this century aren’t bad. Has Been is actually decent with Ben Folds helming the keyboard and backup vocals on a couple tracks.
