So recently I posted !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! about a minor bad experience I had with an older diesel truck which led me to muse about which vehicles were more deserving of being recalled and crushed. And it turned into a hilarious dumpster fire in the grey section.

Apparently I’m gay. But I’m also a girl. So I suppose I’m a lesbian.

This is news to me especially since, as some of you know, I identify as Sentient Food with lots of meaty goodness!

But what does gender and being gay mean to someone who is sentient food?

Well I did a search for “Gay Food”... and I found THIS:

I have to say that none of these resemble my Meaty Goodness.

I f I’m gay, does that mean I’m attracted to other meat sandwiches?

I do enjoy a big juicy burger from time to time... and steak, pork chops and lamb chops...Mmmm.

But I also like vegetarian food from time to time as well.

Just last night I ate a Big Salad!!!

And then there are things I’ve had such as nature/tofu burgers... stuff that looks like meat, but isn’t.

These are the ‘Transexuals’ of the sentient food world

So I think that if anything, I must be bisexual since I go for both veggie and meat sandwiches... and anything in between.

consider the average owner of those lifted diesel trucks, specifically how much they all fit a standard profile- 20 something peacocking douchebag who probably has one or two bicep tats, possibly chews, and watches MMA religiously.

‘cos of course we all know “real men” are supposed to enjoy watching a couple of sweaty, muscular guys in tight shorts grope each other on the floor.

besides, we have a “dismiss” function for a reason.  no need to encourage those chodes.

I’ve dismissed some of the worst ones, b ut for most of the others in the greys, I think I’ll leave them as-is . They’re mostly harmless there.

And it stands as proof of why certain stereotypes are quite valid!

And the funny thing is... I wasn’t even trying to. And I’m not actually anti-diesel per se.

I’m actually more of the opinion that the EV1 should never have been crushed given that there were at least a few other vehicle’s in GM’s own history far more deserving of getting crushed for one reason or another.

I have a hybrid suv.  So it’s Bi? Non binary?  Confused?     When I was the local Breathalyzer-interlock installer,  Lifted diesels were my best customers (drunkest/stoopidest).

I’m specifically leaving this vague to not attack anyone but car culture and conservative culture have a huge overlap. Not that liberals don’t own cars, but I know I get way more conservative viewpoints in my social media from a uto enthusiasts.

Car culture, videogame culture (groan), and motorcycle culture are all toxic like that. There is only one correct opinion (theirs) and anyone who disagrees must be a member of the LGBTQ community, a Liberal, or a woman...Clearly, the only individuals whose opinions should be respected are straight manly men, duh!

This leads to other unfortunate byproducts like women being undermined, put on a pedestal, or objectified for sex appeal. These cultures are also unwelcoming to people who aren’t a part of an echo chamber...Say, like a Prius enthusiast trying to join a car club.

If it makes you feel better I’ve been questioning my sexuality for years now. Some days I think I’m asexual,  some days I think I’m pansexual or bi. Sometimes I’m just attracted to the person not the gender but I also don’t think about people in a sexual way. It’s confusing.

I almost never use the dismiss button. Depending on the subject (I have no solid opinion  about pre-emissions diesel) I love to try to converse with them and see where it goes.
