No, I think it’s a Santana with Gipsy-like lights. If it were a Gipsy it would have the funky crease in the rear fender, which this doesn’t. If you look close you can see the original light holes.
Mind you, I had not realized one generation of the Gipsy had a “not a Land-Rover, swearsies” rear crossmember.
