Some left over Christmas ham(& the stock from that ham), bacon, onions, corn(to cut the salty ham & bacon), potatos, garlic, basil, then a roux using the bacon fat that just used to fry the bacon bits, & heavy creme. The perfect thick hearty soup for winter.
