Took the V olvo through an auto wash yesterday for the first time. Got a bit of water in the trunk. Still, worth $8 to avoid freezing my hands trying to wash the car by hand in 30 degree weather.

I didn’t get every last spec of salt and dirt off, but it got probably 95%. Plus it did an undercarriage pressure wash to get salt out from under the car. Not showroom-worthy by any stretch but clean enough for a winter commuter.

Nah, I went to the Emaus Ave Car Wash next to the 78 overpass.

That's where I often go. It's not bad, but since my Fiat is so short, it doesn't do a good job of cleaning the back of the car. The sprayer doesn't get close enough.

It stops being salty OR IT GETS THE HOSE AGAIN
