Do you put up the tree on Christmas Eve and kids wake up to tree and presents? If so major hats off, my parents did that, and when I was little it made Christmas really seem magical, didn't think anybody did that anymore.

My wife’s family does both - presents to each other on Christmas Eve, gifts from Santa in the morning. To me, it’s a little much.
