Every year I make a batch of gingerbread cookies for my sisters, nephew, and nieces. This year I used my new LEGO cookie cutters.
Then made my first and successful try at rum balls. About a 1/4 cup of Myers dark rum in there. :D
I used this recipe and a little bit more rum ;)
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
And made peppermint bark. Recipe did not mention once you add the peppermint extract to melted chocolate it becomes a big semi hard lump of crap that wont flatten :| Had to run to wally world and get more chocolate.
Well worth the trouble.

I was so close to getting the cookie cutters and the LEGO head coffee mug. Those are fantastic. Next batch will have to be sugar cookies with allllll the food coloring though!
