Finish a room in the basement and add a second floor over the family room and install a sump pump in the basement

Putting down hardwood floor.
It snowballed in to ta king a wall down which snowballed into rerunning ductwork and electrical then building bookshelves to hide the ductwork and an island in the kitchen. Last was covering the new beams and posts with rough sawn pine to give it a rustic look.

My wife is the reason for the delay. She won’t let me appt the polyurethane, because she knows I hate doing it, and thinks I will half-ass it. The drawer fronts have been waiting for her to seal them for over a year.
