Saw this little Suzuki Carry JDM-import kei truck at a local shipyard while running errands in Lunenburg earlier today! Brought a big smile to my face and I had to snap a pic of it while I was sitting at the stop sign! :D

Love it! I don't care at all about most JDM vehicles, but I want a kei truck so bad!

I love that face on that generation...far more interesting than the other front fascia variant that same generation got on the trucks and vans!

I’ve contemplated one too...and I have like....ZERO need for any form of truck vehicle, but they are just so amusing!

Surprisingly, it’s not the only one around here! One of the dealerships in Halifax has a side-business importing and selling kei trucks, and there is another slightly later Suzuki Carry I see very often that must live right around Mahone Bay! Here are pics of my various sightings of it that I managed to catch on camera :

I’ve seen it many more times than the two above though!

Agreed! That's why I love them I think...so unpretentious and honest. Basic, yes, but they do what they are designed for with no bullshit. :)
