im fine...gotta head into town in a little bit to go pick up my xmas box and have a drink with the agency currently paying me (hey its free shit..ill go be social for a minute) gonna be my last xmas with them as where i work decided to stop working with them...when my contracts up in march ill be getting switched to another agency and lose all my holiday hours...joy... ive still got about 100 of them to use...sooo.. i guess ive got a load of long weekends coming up....the taxman will take most of the money if i choose to have them paid out so days off it is

and then next week ill get a xmas box from the place i work at wich will probably be much better than the one the agency gives me

missus also got a box from her work and my daughter will be getting one from mc d sooo i guess this xmas we wont need to buy any snackages

Crappy, as usual. I can’t say much without coughing...or sit much, or do anything. I’m just tired all the time and I just feel like everything is kind of pointless right now. The job search is going nowhere, as usual. Also, I kind of hate the stupid holidays. I’ve been getting garbage sleep and have only been getting out of the house to grab coffee, TBH, so maybe I’ll try to sneak in something fun today somehow.

I had a fun review of the CX-30 go live on AutoGuide , though. That was neat.

Finished work, got home, asked to wait up for a recliner chair to come, needn’t of bothered as step-father wasn’t needed round at my step-brother’s house to babysit the dog until Doggie Daycare came to pick him up. Chair arrived and step-father told them to put it in the back room, rather than tell them to bring it up stairs. So I had to carry by myself as step-father is non load carrying, a 70Kg large awkward shape up the twisty stairwell and put it in his bedroom.

I really need a beer.

I’ve seen the doctor twice, and I really can’t afford a third visit, TBH. Temp jobs don’t typically come with benefits, and I really need health insurance. Garbage weeks like this are a pretty good example why.

Looks like I can at least sneak out to Harris Hill and check on my favorite garbage son, the 411. I really need to put the rear windows in, but I have no idea how.

No trolley, w ouldn’t of been any use.

Narrow staircase in a 150 year old terrace house with a turn at the bottom of the stairwell.

It took a lot of hoofing and puffing then a lot of panting at the end but I got there.

Definitely need to get better about it, morning and night.

Not quite there yet. I’d really rather not have to change jobs, but my company’s in a transition period, so the uncertainty is whether it will be around a year from now. Thankfully my wife has a really good job, so we’re not in trouble if I’m out of work for a while. Still, would rather have a more stable outlook well into the future here at my current job. We’ll see - hopefully things get settled sooner rather than later.

My day is a day...

Scheduled at a school for the classroom with kids that have strong learning differences (low functioning autism, global delayed, etc) and got tossed into the Grade Primary/Grade 1 class instead.

I don’t mind at all, I just didn’t expect to be in here and was thrown in at the last minute, so had little prep time . Ha ven’t been in this class at all all year other than a few minutes at a time so I don’t know where anything is and I don’t know the students well, so I feel a wee bit lost. No t a problem at all, and I’ve done it many times before , just makes for one of those days where you feel like a chicken with your head cut off and feel like you don’t know what you’re doing! :)

I got laid off in April of that year and my lease was up in October, so I moved back in with my parents then. I hated it, it was hard after living on my own for a while.

Hoping you find something permanent soon, I feel like your buyout was a long time ago. :(
