Telling your girlfriend you’ll move somewhere else in town for her job but really you want more garage space so you can buy this deal of an absolute unit.
This has been my dream bike since I first bought a bike in 2014. This particular unit is 3K miles old. First fell in love watching a YouTube vid back then and heard/saw for the first time. I could buy this outright right now, but alas my fluid cash is being saved for more important life changes right now. I guess a Street Triple 765 isn’t the worst alternative either. A boy can still dream.

I have never rode a Daytona, but I’ve had a Street Triple 765 RS for a couple of years now. It is an amazing bike, corners with amazing confidence, usable power for the streets, and a weapon at the track.

I’ve got a 765S for street duty, I decided to pick It up this year but there were no Daytona’s available anywhere (which is what I’ve always wanted). I absolutely love it, but when it’s time for the track I really want the Daytona. I will never not tell someone to get a street triple if they ask.
