AMLO: ah, now I see why Trump made you Attorney General
Barr: what do you mean?
AMLO: You put people behind Barrs!
Barr: President Obrador, this is a very serious meeting, we’re on the verge of declaring some of the citizens of your country as terrorists...
AMLO: Honestly, AG Barr, I think we should raise your chair.
Barr: ?
AMLO: Because
the bar has been set

AMLO seems pretty tame, compared to what Vicente Fox could hurl
.

He’s totally saying, “Where’s the best place to get nachos around here?”

Vicente Fox knew that if he stood up to Bush, there was little chance that it’d bite all of us in the ass. While I wouldn’t describe AMLO as a “stable genius” I think he’s really got no choice but to see what the US wants, and to agree to it, but carry it out in the worst way possible... like a teenager angrily cleaning their room after being scolded.

Can they keep him? Maybe they can send him to negotiate with a cartel?

This is probably not too far from reality. Nobody here notices the drone war in the Mideast, but I wonder how the American people will feel about one going on next door.
