Yes, I had it years ago when I was in Wolfsburg. It was okay, nothing special. But my opinion was probably jaded since everyone I heard talk about it   put it on a pedestal . It’s like In N Out Burger for VW employees.

You have to have the right frame of reference, I guess. EG, other corporate cafeteria currywurst to compare it to to judge how good it is. In-N-Out Is like that against McDonalds or Burger King .

Yes, and this was it. Bought last year in the grounds of the VW factory in Dresden. It was OK as currywurst goes, nothing to write h ome or anywhere else about.
