Is the fact that by posting here you’re basically giving Gawker all the rights to your content new, or has it always been like that? Not that it particularly bothers me, my content’s all free to a good home, but I’m just curious if it’s part of the crackdown.

I read that, but assumed that they would have always written it super broadly to protect themselves as opposed to any nefarious purpose (not that I think they are above nefarious purposes). I didn’t go back to compare against the old policy though.
