Yes, there’s all of the tasteless mods you’d expect, but the icing on the cake.... FLAME door handles. I couldn’t hold in my laughter. The guy saw me and made a weird “tough guy” face.
10 hours into a 16ish hour delivery day. And... Doing alright! This job is pretty fun, at least until it isn’t!
This is the secret to making it through the day

Have you made any “interesting” deliveries yet? Anything suspicious or embarrassing to the recipient?

Stupid door handles aside the truck does appear to put in work. Likely vehicle repossession.

You found a repo truck. The long bed is a curious choice for that kind of work. We used to work on them a the hydraulic shop from time-to-time. A 1-ton dually is the truck of choice from a towing perspective, but some guys will run a short bed 3/4-ton if they want to be a little more inconspicuous about their activities. The short bed is also more maneuverable for hooking cars from the repo promised lands of packed apartment parking lots by night and crowded call center parking lots by day.

When my parents worked for a repo company they had a truck where all the tow stuff was tucked away in the bed. Press a button and the tailgate dropped and the arm was useable.

I drove UPS for a year. UPS haunted my dreams for the next 2 or 3 years. Once in a while I still have the dream where they make me drive from the roof because they found a few more cubic feet of space where the driver sits.
