I used to have that problem, and someone else on kinja attributed it to a failing mouse button. They were right, I had actually already bought a new one because I had noticed problems when doing click-and-drag, and when I got around to hooking it up the double posting was gone. Apparently kinja doesn’t guard itself well against a really quick multiple click. Not sure if it’s your problem, but it definitely has been an issue.

It’s a thought. I use an Apple trackpad. I’ll see if it happens again.
