Excellent story telling, excellent camera, excellent sound design. Excellent acting. It actually made me see Christian Bale as a person again. See it in the theater for the sound though.

How is Philly treating you so far?

eh. so so, but most of that is my bad choices for food. There are a lot of security people...everywhere.

Have you tried a cheesesteak yet?

I’ve been waiting, but its going to have to be a pretty damn good cheesesteak to overtake the current cheesesteak leaders in my life so far.

John’s Roast Pork is still my recommendation. Their namesake sandwich is also good.
We will be in Philly on Friday for a concert at the TLA on South Street. Lots of food/bars/shops on South Street.

Speaking of Christian Bale, I heard an interview of him on Spike’ s Car Radio (a podcast) promoting this movie. He was asked what he drives, and he revealed a vehicle that I never would have guessed in a thousand chances.
Christian Bale, the huge movie star, daily drives ....a 2003 Tacoma.

Is it true to what actually happened? Or does it not paint Ford as a bitter baby?

Ford is NOT the hero of this movie

Someone in their review wrote that it should have been titled “Ford V Ferrari V Shelby/Miles”

Good. I’ll see it when it’s on DVD most likely
