Wow, that really does resemble the Beetle, doesn’t it?
I’m not a fan of the 911 or of most Porches these days (not against them, just not enthusiastic) , but those old ones really do it for me.

This model is the one you want. The “powerful” engine, disc brakes and classic styling.

The only thing that would make it better would be a convertible top. Performance wise perhaps a disadvantage, but enjoyment wise a bonus.

I like it, but what’s up with that “C”?

I drove a Beetle convertible on some rural German backroads one time. Slow as hell, but what fun!

I guess 356 production is divided into 4 groups (pre A , A, B, C) with C being the last of the 356.

Yeah,
I know that (my dad’s was a B Super 90), but I don’t think that badge is factory.

I just want to say that it makes my heart glad to see something like that being driven in the real world.
