They don’t create policy, but their rulings set precedent that can lead to policy changes. If a judge is making rulings t hat jive with the current zeitgeist, they can become popular.

Hey fellow island Oppo! I hope we don’t loose this blog! So in other news my car hoard keeps growing. I just picked up a 95 318i on island for free (not running of course)

I was able to diagnose it to a failed fuel pump.

Convertibles with hardtops are the best of both worlds for sure, it’s also a 3 pedal. I just hope I won’t miss the legendary I6 too much. I’m still in VH if you ever need help with scanning the 530

Racked my brain a bit after you left, I think it wouldn’t communicate from the under hood port because I didn’t close the cap to the interior plug. If  you look closely the cover has terminating pins built into it that create a terminating end instead of an open loop.
