A 2007 Connect with (naturally) the 1.8 diesel.

Under $750? Buy it and be the hero Oppo deserves.

But is it the naturally aspirated 1.8 Diesel?

o look, something we actually got over here! But we only got the gas engine + auto, but that’s as close as we’ll get lol

Thank God it doesn’t have the abominable petrol 4 and automatic we got in the States. That was an utter POS.

10/10 would convert to a camper.

It'd make an awesome little camper.

It does say TDCI on front, so no. It's been quite a while since Ford used NA diesels

The dealer I shopped at has a 2013 (above style) wagon with rear seats, and a 2016 cargo with no seats. Both same price, and similar miles. The 2nd gen is light years ahead of the first. That trans is a nightmare.

Yeah it was. Once I had to take one of our more tragic units on a short but steep trip from Golden to Evergreen, and between the trans slipping and trying to keep it from overheating it was a whole lot of fun.

We didn’t just get that 2.0+4-speed auto, though!
We also got the Azure Dynamics Transit Connect Electric, complete with a 56 mile range from a 28 kWh battery , and zero support whatsoever thanks to Azure Dynamics going bankrupt!
