Spending your time thinking about upcoming Mondays is no way to live. There will always be a Monday on the horizon. Try to bottle up that existential dread until at least Sunday night. That's what I do.

I try my best to fight it off as lo ng as possible. I go through periods where I pretty much can’t enjoy Sunday at all because Monday is right there.
