I don’t think there have been any changes or developments.  And there probably is no reason to be concerned, but one day I will come here and be greeted by the K or a 404.  It will be very sad.

Honestly, I’m more surprised that Gawker itself still exists. They were at risk of going under a while back and I’m not sure how they pulled through... Upper management is probably under constant stress.

I’ve been around here ( Jalopnik/Offtopic/Oppositelock ) for a bit over 10 years now - wow, that seems like a long time come to think of it ... This has been an amazing community; I’ve been proud to be considered a member . It will be sad if/when this iteration goes away, but I plan to try and follow wherever it heads next - 10 years is a lot to throw away after-all ...
