The Porsche 968 was available in Signal Green and not one person (worldwide) bought one. It wasn’t even a custom color or a premium option; it was a free standard option .

Meanwhile, 3 USDM examples were painted in Mint Green (also a standard option). Everyone else bought boring colors (white/black/red).

The M int G reen is has an aura of the early 90s, contemporary to the 968. Signal Green has a loud late 70s vibe to it, and works on the 924. That probably explains it.

Still, t otally agree with your assessment. IF life forced it on me I’d take a Panamera GT3 RS Turbo Sport Turismo in Mamba Green.
