I had a tamal with rice and refried beans from a pop-up vendor next door. They had bottles of Cholula next to the utensils dispenser, so I emptied half of one on my lunch.

I’ve been in ICU only a liquid diet twice now. First time it was strictly ice chips and was hell. The second time they gave me beef broth and when I found out it was an option I wanted to go back to the first hospital and burn the place down. Still just not a fan of ICU or hospitals so I hope you get better and out soon!
