That’s no bueno, but what was the pedestrian doing on the bridge in a travel lane? Somethings lacking from the story, or simply wrong place, wrong time.

Does it say he was in the travel lane? I mean obviously he could have been, but people get hit on the shoulder with enough frequency I that I don’t think you should assume it.
