Except that the tow vehicle doesn’t have enough power to move itself, let alone two of itself. Or does the rear one serve as a pusher slaved to the tow vehicle?

This van is epic, just think of all of the off road child abductions you could accomplish!

I’m okay with it in theory; dunno why the van needed lifted though.

The van is amazing. The trailer is cool but backwards.

I’m annoyed in a way that the front van doesn’t have V-drive for its 4wd. Does that mean there’s something wrong with me?

Look again. I don’t think it’s “backwards” so much as the ass-end of yet another van has been used as a front for the trailer one that’s been cut off - which means there were three donors instead of just two for this project.
Good idea, actually. Well, mostly.
Gets you pre-cut corner light locations, front access doors as well as the back ones, and most of the van backs are made almost like a “cap” that would be easy to detach and reattach.

No, I understand your frustration. You're normal in Oppo Land.

What you say makes sense; I especially like the idea of having front and rear access doors. Handy!
But having tail lights on the front of a vehicle is still backwards.

Another note: I think he preserved the sliding door. So, the trailer opens on the front, back, *and* the right side.
The ideal solution would be to cut a clear lens for the housing and wire it as a work light. I think the lens is flat, so it’d be pretty easy.
