Ended up buying an 09 clubman jcw, it’s not perfect but theres an inch thick stack of service records.

Learned on the 5 hour drive home that a Golf R is much much faster in a line but cant hold a candle to the handling.

This is right- sized and the correct spec Mini to get . I don’t like the regular Mini as it’s a bit small and t he newer ones are too bloated.
