My wife made an amazing breakfast casserole. Potatoes, egg, onion, mushrooms, and cheese. Served steaming hot, just like I like . Much belly is happy!

I had seconds. I want thirds too.

Just a bowl of canned Ham and Bean soup. Several dashes of Cholula and Frank’s Red Hot, as well as some Valentina Chile & Lime seasoning. And some Castelvetrano olives. I can’t get enough of those things. I went through a whole big-ass jar in less than a week. Lots of sodium, I know, but damn, they’re good.

Bake it in an iron skillet and you’ve got yourself a Spanish omlette, or as they call it in a Spain, a tortilla (but they slice the potatoes real skinny).

Its not good enough to remember that, but I had those same S-10 wheels and the internet says that '98 S-10 2wd wheels are indeed 5 x 4-3/4"
