There was a lifted white 2003ish  Tacoma in my town with those fender/wheel lights. He doesn’t run them anymore probably got pulled over one too many times.

Are there boat speakers underneath it? Right behind the rear wheel well it looks like a speaker pod. If so, this is a new level of obnoxious.
