eh, I’ve eaten flash fried crickets and mealworms. you can even buy them on Amazon. not bad.

if you can eat a lobster or shrimp (i.e. giant sea bugs) you can eat an insect.

So, based on what you wrote, I don’t know what you expected before you clicked on the bag of Smokey Jumpers?

I mean, I don’t really blame you for not wanting them, I don’t really want crickets daily, but the bag literally says whole roasted crickets. It didn’t really occur to me that it would be presented in some other, trail mix-ey kind of way. Did I miss something?

Reminds me of the fried maguey worm tacos I had once in Mexico City. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten, hands down.

there's a well known restaurant here that does toasted grasshoppers (chapulines) ... I went there with friends and even though we were pretty drunk none of us came close to putting one in our mouths.
