I had some time to myself this Sunday My wife and son were out for the day, so I went to a nearby park and enjoyed a winter day built a fire in a small shelter house the park has, cooked up a burger with bacon, and had a beer on the QT. Was really nice, until the Cub Scout pack showed up next to me. They were a bit loud. I took a hike for about an hour, just as it started to snow.  It was really nice having a wood fire, grilled meat and, mostly, peace and quiet.

Damn that looks & sounds tasty and fun. Always nice to get some down time when you have a family.

I used to live a few blocks from a city park with a building like that, never thought to go build a fire there on a winter day, that does sound cozy and relaxing.
