I’m doing great now that I’ve seen another picture of that dream machine of yours. I really love that blue, if I ever got an mr2 I would have to at least consider painting it that color.

this is a very good question... race will be almost finished by the time i get off work so i’ll be too late to this week.

should be here again for suzuka.... dunno about the rest of the races... 6 days on 4 days off means my weekends and actual weekends dont match up so often no more

That’s a great 2-car garage for sure. If you get a base model MR2, (2.2-liter 5S-FE engine) just resist the need to engine-swap it as the first upgrade.

Get the wheels/tires, brakes, suspension, and steering all sorted out first. It’s got incredible driver feedback.

Best part is, with only 130 horsepower, you can hear the engine’s induction note at full tilt , pretty much all the time. It feels like it’s going about 3x as fast as it’s actually going.

Yea I’m in CA, part of why I’ve kept the engine stock (nobody makes smog-legal upgrades for the base 2.2-liter)

The color is my favorite thing about the car :D

I just made a longer post about it, but I looked at a 2012 Cube with 67k and a stick, a 2009 Elantra with a stick (pass), and a 2008 HHR Panel with (you guessed it) a stick. The Cube is the best of the three, but I haven’t driven the HHR yet.

One can hope. Also, I hope I get it over with soon. Looking for cars is fun when you have a car to get you from prospect to prospect , not so much when you don’t.
