I bet I’m going to see a bunch of them. Nothing to do with the fact I live less than 15 miles from where they’re made.

Upper Middle Class Suburban moms rejoice!

Nice, a new design to aggressively cut in front of you without signaling.

Not bad but the new X3 looks better. The X5 seems kinda lumpy and bloated looking in comparison. The part where the crease along the side of the body kicks up over the rear wheel isn’t working for me vs. the X3.
Also the fender flares on the X5 don’t continue all the way down to the bottom of the bumpers which is bugging me.

You’re near Greenville/Spartanburg ? I have to go down there every now and then for work and it’s seriously crazy the number of new BMWs rolling around.

Yeah, I live in Greenville. In addition to all the BMW X series, I see a bunch of enthusiast BMWs rolling around.

How d o you like SC? I’ve been looking at moving there but I’m not convinced I would like it more over something on the coast of Florida - Tampa or Ft. Lauderdale -ish .

Not kidding. Would totally rock an X3M40i... As a Dad mobile, If I had 2 kids because the equivalent BMW wagon doesn’t exist .

I quite like it here. It kind of feels like Atlanta-lite, you get almost all the amenities of ATL without the detractions . The demographics are also skewed, in a good way, to people around my age. I was talking about it with my coworkers, there’s nothing really amazing here, but there’s nothing really bad either. It’s just a good place to live.

I looked at all of those pictures and I can honestly say I can’t tell if those are pictures of one car or two different models?

Amazing how the Volvo one looks so classy and appropriate compared with the BMW one. Did you see the article on the crazy interior options that Lexus is offering now?
Carmakers: lots of people have too much money and need ridiculous ways to spend it - dammit, people... think!! Would frickin’ beams pass regulations?

Yea h yeah the $20K+ package with origami folded trim and precision glass work gimmicks . I mean I get it if it is ultra luxury RRs , Bentleys , M ay bach s but on an LS I think it’s a waste.

The X3 is the blue one and the X5 is the white one.

The big motor X3 has been a sleeper fun car for a while now. Before I got my 335xi, I seriously considered getting an X3 35i M Sport.

My gf wants a F15 or one of these SO BAD. Like she’s a woman who doesn’t care about cars, but it’s all she talks about. BMW knows it’s target audience.

I just don’t see that grille ever growing on me. It’s way too big. At sone point they'll have to stop making it larger for each generation.
