Saw this the other day and forgot to share it. IIRC, the original pic was said to have been taken at Edwards AFB . Sure enough, i f you look it up on satellite view , y ou can see it parked at the museum .

i love looking at satellite images of airbases. there is a ton of crazy stuff just up there street from there

The last fuel batch of JP-7 was destroyed 16 years and 15 days ago so towing is the only way to move these now. The fuel was destroyed by burning with an actual engine so and the session did look awesome.

mples of the fuel still exist but SR-71 needs quite a lot of it to fly.
